With the help from the great people at Tufts University Dining, we had a great Blended Burger Competition! The event was a recipe competition between the students. Their task was to put together the best Blended Burger Recipe using the guidelines shown above; 70% beef & 30% veggies, herbs and spices. We received a number of great recipes, however we could only chose 3 finalists; Korean BBQ, Middle Eastern, and the Inside-Out Burger.
These recipes were the three featured recipes on the day of the competition. Students could try all three and then vote for their favorite! While there was a clear winner (Korean BBQ), all of the recipes were a big hit with the students. Check out some of the pictures from the competition below.
